Carolina Fluid Components, LLC has made in-stock inventory available to our customers 24 hours a day / 7 days a week.  If you have an immediate need for product during non-standard business hours (8 am - 5 pm), CFC has a new service designed just for you!  To purchase product after hours, simply dial 800-753-5914, then extension 2856# (24/7 Emergency Service).  The message will explain the details of the service and ask you to leave your name, company name, and return phone number.  Once a message has been left, an on-call customer service representative will contact you by phone.  Please have your Visa, MasterCard, or purchase order number ready.  The 24-hour service fee is $200 per event and is billable once the on-call customer service representative contacts you.  The on-call customer service representative will verify the availability of the component and quantity you require, place the order, make arrangements to have your order processed, and arrange a time for a pick-up or delivery.  We have partnered with an express freight service that will provide delivery to your location at anytime, day or night.  Initially, this service will only be offering product available out of our master warehouse in Charlotte, North Carolina.
